Roseanna's is the third of the famous Krebs Italian restaurants, smaller and a little less photographed than Pete's or Isle of Capri but firmly in the same tradition. The menu sticks to the local classics: ravioli, spaghetti, lamb fries, hand-cut steaks, Choctaw beer.
The dining room is plainly furnished and the service is brisk. Portions are generous enough that ordering family-style for the table works well, particularly if you want to taste a range of the dishes that made this little Oklahoma town an unlikely outpost of Italian-American cooking.
