The restaurant at the upper station of the Johnstown Inclined Plane makes the most of its perch on Westmont Hill. The views across the Conemaugh Valley are the main draw — particularly in the evening when the city lights spread out below. The menu covers American standards: steaks, seafood, pasta, sandwiches. Quality is serviceable rather than exceptional, but few places in Johnstown offer this kind of setting. Worth combining with a ride on the incline.
