Folly Beach has a good selection of casual eating, mostly clustered on Center Street. The emphasis is on seafood — shrimp, crab, and flounder from the local waters — cooked in the Lowcountry style: boiled, fried, or in a pilaf. Prices are reasonable by Charleston standards, and the atmosphere is deliberately unhurried.
