AT&T Stadium is the home of the Dallas Cowboys and one of the most extravagant sports facilities in the world. The building holds around 80,000 for NFL games and has been expanded to over 100,000 for major events — it hosted Super Bowl XLV in 2011, WrestleMania 32 (which set an attendance record of 101,763), and various college football playoff and championship games. The scale of the thing is genuinely staggering: the main video board, suspended above the field, is the largest in the world at 160 by 72 feet.
Tours run on non-game days and take you through the press box, field, suites, and the stadium's surprisingly serious art collection — the Cowboys commissioned works from Blue Chip contemporary artists including Annette Lawrence, Trenton Doyle Hancock, and Lawrence Argent, and the collection now holds over 100 pieces displayed throughout the building. Even if American football isn't your thing, the tour is worth doing for the sheer spectacle of the architecture.
Located at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington. Tours run daily; check the stadium's website for schedules and prices, which vary by tour type.
