One of the Pearl District's best restaurants, Cured occupies the former office of the Pearl Brewery's president and serves charcuterie-forward American food made almost entirely from Texas-sourced ingredients. The house-cured meats are the centrepiece — prosciutto, coppa, bresaola — alongside seasonal dishes driven by whatever the local farms have going. The whisky selection is serious; the weekend brunch is popular.
