The best Utah beaches are managed by Bear Lake State Park. Rendezvous Beach on the south shore is the easiest family beach, with shallow water and broad sand. Cisco Beach on the east shore is rockier and less polished, but it has clearer water, fewer crowds, and a good view back across the lake.
