Main Street

Classic small-town American Main Street with historic buildings and the Peach Days arch

Brigham City's Main Street is one of those small-town American main streets that feels like it has barely changed in decades. The brick commercial buildings house a mix of antique shops, a bookstore, a few cafes, and the usual small-town necessities. The famous Peach Days arch spans the street — a nod to the annual September festival celebrating the local peach harvest, which has been running since 1904.

The street is short enough to walk in 15 minutes but pleasant enough to linger over. The Box Elder Courthouse and the old Hotel Brigham are the architectural highlights. In the evening the Wasatch Mountains behind town catch the last light, and the whole scene is quintessentially Utah.
