Lost Nation has been running professional theatre out of Montpelier City Hall for over forty years — an unusual survival for a town of this size. The season runs spring through autumn, with a mix of contemporary American work, Shakespeare, and the occasional musical.
The auditorium is a former civic hall on the second floor of City Hall, intimate enough that there is not a bad seat. Tickets are reasonably priced; bookings are recommended for openings and weekend performances.
