One of the longest-running craft breweries in Washington state, founded in 1993 and known for its Fish Tale and Leavenworth Biers lines. The downtown taproom on Jefferson Street has 20-plus taps, a sunlit beer garden and a short pub menu of burgers, fish and chips and pretzels.
Brewery tours are offered most Saturday afternoons. A good lunchtime or early-evening stop on the walk between the Capitol and Percival Landing.
