Olympia has one of the most prolific craft beer scenes in the Pacific Northwest, anchored by Fish Brewing (which makes Fish Tale Organic Ales) and a half-dozen smaller breweries scattered through the surrounding towns. Coffee culture is similarly serious — several long-running independent roasters supply the downtown cafés. Bars and pubs cluster along 4th and 5th Avenues downtown, with a few more around Capitol Way.
