Alta Vila Tower is a modern landmark on the southern side of the Belo Horizonte metropolitan area, known chiefly for its height and long views. It gives a different perspective on the city than the central squares or Pampulha circuit.
The tower is most useful for travellers already heading toward Nova Lima or the southern neighborhoods. Check current access before going, since observation facilities and opening arrangements can change.
