The Italian Immigration Museum in Quiririm tells the story of Italian settlement in and around Taubaté. It is housed in the former Indiani family home and focuses on language, culture, and the migrant families who helped shape the Paraíba Valley.
It is a little west of the centre, so it works best if you have a car or are already exploring beyond downtown. Visit during local Italian cultural events if your timing lines up.
