Cascada has been selling soft-adventure trips out of Santiago since 1991 and is the company behind EcoCamp Patagonia, the geodesic-dome camp inside Torres del Paine. They cover Chile end to end — Patagonia, Atacama, the Lake District, Easter Island, the central valley — and cross into Argentine Patagonia, the Uyuni salt flat and Antarctica.
This is the large end of the market: multi-day packaged itineraries with guides, transport and beds arranged, sold to people who want the trip organised rather than assembled. If you are putting your own Chile together piece by piece they are not who you need. If you have two weeks and no time to plan, they are.
They publish freephone numbers for five countries and no Chilean one. The WhatsApp button is on every page, including several that are technically 404s.
