Tobia does not have a bar scene in any conventional sense. The village is too small and the visitor flow too weekend-concentrated for permanent nightlife infrastructure. What it does have are the social areas at the adventure lodges — covered terraces and hammock zones where the evening after a day on the river is spent with fellow guests, cold beer and the particular contentment that follows physical exertion in warm weather.
Visitors staying overnight will find that the lodge they're based at provides everything they need: drinks, music at a volume that does not disturb sleep, and the company of others who have had the same day you have. Expect cold Club Colombia or Águila beer, aguardiente and rum-based cocktails, and the kind of easy sociability that adventure tourism reliably produces.
