The south coast's bar scene is almost entirely concentrated along Diani Beach. The stretch of road through Diani has beach bars, hotel bars, and a few standalone venues that stay open into the evening. Most double as restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal — cold Tusker beer, cocktails, and the sound of the sea. Outside Diani, options are limited to basic teahouses and local bars in Ukunda town.
