A lively old bar on Avenue Es Slaoui in the Ville Nouvelle and one of the few straightforward options for a beer in Fez. Heineken on draft at reasonable prices, mostly local clientele. The atmosphere is unpretentious and male-dominated, typical of Moroccan beer bars. It fills up in the evenings and gets noisy, but that is part of the charm. A good spot to take a break from the medina if you want something cold and simple.
