Central Kampong Cham is compact enough to walk in an hour. For everything else — Wat Nokor, Phnom Pros, the bamboo bridge to Koh Paen, Wat Hanchey — the easiest option is to hire a tuk-tuk for a half or full day; drivers gather along the riverfront and at the central market and charge US$10-20 depending on the itinerary. Motorbike taxis ("motodops") are faster and cheaper for individuals. A few guesthouses rent bicycles, which are good for a flat ride out to Wat Nokor or across the bamboo bridge to Koh Paen in dry season. Cars with driver are easy to arrange for longer trips to Kratie or back to Phnom Penh.
