A street-stall-turned-restaurant on Street 51 in BKK1 that has steadily expanded to two branches. The proposition is simple — proper griddle-cooked smashburgers, decent fries, milkshakes — and after a week of Cambodian food the appeal is hard to resist.
Patties are made fresh daily from Australian-imported beef, and the buns are baked in-house. Burgers cost US$5–8. Air-conditioned interior, often busy at lunchtime with office workers and the international school crowd.
