The Qiongtai Taoist Temples form a 600-year-old complex on Mount Wudang, traditionally divided into upper, middle, and lower temples. The group is less famous than the Golden Hall or Nanyan Temple, but it gives a good sense of how Wudang's sacred architecture is spread across slopes, paths, and terraces rather than concentrated in one monument.
Visit as part of a wider Wudang itinerary. The temples are most rewarding if you are already interested in the mountain's Taoist history and have time to move beyond the headline stops.
