Disney's mainland China resort opened in 2016 on a vast site in eastern Pudong. The Enchanted Storybook Castle is the largest in the Disney parks, and the layout has a few attractions you cannot find elsewhere: the TRON Lightcycle Power Run rollercoaster, the Pirates of the Caribbean boat ride (longer and wetter than the original), and a Soaring Over the Horizon simulator that has since been copied elsewhere.
It is large, modern and busy. Avoid Chinese national holidays unless you enjoy queueing. The Disneyland Metro line runs direct from People's Square in about 40 minutes.
