The public riverside walk along the east bank of the Huangpu River in Lujiazui stretches approximately 2.5 kilometres from the International Cruise Terminal in the north to near the tunnel entrance in the south. The walk provides continuous river access with unobstructed views of the Bund across the water — the closest Pudong equivalent to the Bund promenade itself.
The walk is used by locals for exercise in the morning and evening; the benches along the railing are occupied at sunset by people watching the light change on the colonial buildings across the river. The promenade connects to the Lujiazui park and green at the south end. Free and accessible at any hour.
