One of several Sichuan-run eateries near the central market area of Tsetang. The specialty is dan dan noodles and spicy braised tofu, but they also serve a decent bowl of beef noodle soup that is a welcome warming meal after a cold morning at altitude. Very cheap, very filling. Open from around 7am, which makes it useful for early starters. The kitchen is visible from the dining area — the usual sign of confidence in what they are serving.
