Dilicious is one of the more reliably good cafe-restaurants in central Dili — a small white-walled room with a few outdoor tables, run by a Timorese-Australian team. The kitchen does Western dishes well (good salads, generous burgers, proper coffee) and a short list of Timorese classics including grilled reef fish and modo — papaya-leaf greens with onion and chilli.
Lunch is the busier service; the room fills with embassy and NGO staff. Mains run USD 8–14 and the coffee is among the best in the city, made with beans roasted upcountry. Closed Sundays.
