Ramadugu is 19 km from Karimnagar, the district headquarters and the most practical base for a visit. Regular government buses connect Ramadugu to Karimnagar, as well as to Jagtial, Gangadhara, and Choppadandi; the journey from Karimnagar takes around 40 minutes. An auto-rickshaw or hired vehicle from Karimnagar gives you more flexibility, especially if you plan to combine Ramadugu with the nearby sites at Bommalagutta and Trilinga Sanghameshwara Temple.
Karimnagar itself is well connected: regular TSRTC buses run to Hyderabad (about 4 hours), and the city has its own railway station with trains to Hyderabad, Warangal, and beyond. If you are coming from Hyderabad, the straightforward approach is to take a bus or train to Karimnagar and continue by local bus or auto to Ramadugu from there.
