Ramadugu is a small place with two genuine reasons to visit: a crumbling fort that gives good views over the Deccan plateau, and a stone-carving tradition that has been sustaining the village for generations. The surrounding area adds a couple of worthwhile half-day excursions for those based in Karimnagar.
