A long-established bar in the Colva village area, Johnny's has been around long enough to become a fixture for both domestic tourists and the kind of long-stay visitors who return to South Goa year after year. It's the sort of place where people nurse a feni for an hour and put the world to rights. The bar snacks are basic — peanuts, fried fish — and the drinks are cold. There is nothing flash about it, which is the whole recommendation.
