The Hutheesing Temple, completed in 1848 by Sheth Hutheesing Kesarising, a wealthy Ahmedabad merchant, is one of the finest 19th-century Jain temples in Gujarat. The plan follows classical western-Indian temple architecture — a central hall with 52 small shrines around the perimeter, all in carved white marble. The main shrine houses Dharmanath, the 15th Jain Tirthankara.
The temple is active and worshippers expect quiet and respect — non-Jains are welcome but should leave leather goods (belts, wallets) at the entrance. Photography is limited. A separate Manastambha column, added in 2000, stands in the courtyard.
