Getting There

By Air: Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport has flights to all major Indian cities and international connections to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and London. The airport is about 9 km north of the city centre.

By Rail: Ahmedabad Junction is one of western India's busiest railway stations, with frequent trains to Mumbai (7-9 hours), Delhi (12-15 hours), and Vadodara (2 hours). Multiple daily express and mail trains connect to destinations across Gujarat and beyond. Kalupur is the main station.

By Road: Ahmedabad is well connected by the national highway network. The Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway makes the 100 km journey to Vadodara fast and comfortable. State transport and private buses run frequently to all major cities in Gujarat and to Mumbai.
