Ishwariya Mahadev is a hilltop Shiva temple on the outskirts of Rajkot. The temple itself is modest, but the setting makes it a popular local picnic stop, with open ground around it and views back toward the city.
It is best treated as a short outing rather than a major sight. Go early or late in the day, when the heat is easier and the hilltop is more pleasant.
