Narasimha Jharni is a Hindu cave temple south-east of Bidar's centre, dedicated to Narasimha. The unusual part is the approach: pilgrims traditionally wade through water inside the cave to reach the shrine, so this is not a quick dry-footed temple visit.
Go only if you are comfortable with the conditions and have time beyond the main Islamic monuments. For many travellers it will be memorable; for others, the crowds and wet passage may be more trouble than the experience is worth.
