Taeno Waterfall is a small natural escape in Ambon, set in a forested district outside the city centre. The falls drop into a natural pool where locals come to cool off, especially on hot afternoons.
It is best treated as a short nature stop rather than a major expedition. Wear footwear that can handle wet ground, and ask locally about current access if rain has made the path slippery.
