Arulmigu Balathandayuthapani Temple is a hilltop Hindu temple beside the Penang Botanic Gardens. Visitors climb more than 500 steps to reach the renovated temple, which dates back to the mid-19th century and is a focal point of George Town's Thaipusam celebrations.
