Kuala Kubu Bharu Railway Station

The old KTM commuter railway station on the edge of town is an example of colonial-era Malayan railway architecture, with the white-painted single-storey station building sitting at the end of the line from Kuala Lumpur. The station is functional and connects KKB to the city (with a change at Rawang), making it a practical option for day-trippers who don't want to drive.

The station area is also the starting point for some of the town's cycling routes into the surrounding countryside. The relatively quiet roads and flat terrain near town are popular with recreational cyclists from KL, who arrive on the train with their bikes on weekend mornings.
