KLCC Park

Landscaped park beneath the Petronas Towers with fountains, a wading pool, and jogging paths

The 20-hectare park at the foot of the Petronas Towers was designed by Roberto Burle Marx, the Brazilian landscape architect best known for the wave-patterned promenades of Rio de Janeiro. It is the city's best green space — a curving lake, a children's playground and splash pool, a jogging track popular with KL office workers at sunset, and the eye-catching Symphony Lake fountain that runs choreographed light-and-water shows every evening at 8, 9, and 10 pm.

The park is the obvious place to see the Petronas Towers from — the curved lake gives a clean reflection of the twin spires, and the lawns are full at dusk with locals and tourists waiting for the lights to come on. Free, open 7 am to 10 pm. Direct connection underground to Suria KLCC and the LRT station.
