Burau Bay is a west-coast Langkawi beach framed by rocky outcrops, with Burau Island just offshore. The island is known as a roosting place for migratory birds, so the bay has more appeal than a simple strip of sand.
It is close to Oriental Village and the Langkawi cable car area, making it easy to combine with the Sky Bridge or a slower coastal stop before sunset.
