Pyin Oo Lwin rewards slow exploration. Hire a horse-drawn carriage and cover the colonial streets in the morning; spend an afternoon at the botanical gardens; and make it out to one of the waterfalls before sunset. The town is small enough to walk most of it, and the pleasant climate makes walking a genuine pleasure.
