Dhani Waterfall is one of the easier natural sights to add to a Muzaffarabad trip, dropping beside the road toward the Neelum Valley. It gives travellers a quick taste of the greener, steeper country north of the city without requiring a long trek.
The waterfall is best treated as a scenic stop on a wider valley drive rather than the only reason to set out. Water flow and road conditions can change with the season, so ask locally before making it the focus of a day.
