Makra Choti is a high, wind-exposed ridge walk on the edge of Azad Kashmir and the Kaghan side of the mountains. The reward is the broad view: folded valleys, summer pastures, and snow peaks when the weather is clear.
Treat it as a real mountain outing, not a casual viewpoint. Conditions change quickly, local guidance is useful, and the route is best in the settled summer season when tracks and access roads are open.
