Kohsar Market in F-6 is the most upmarket of the sector markets — the area immediately around the British and American embassies — and where you go for imported groceries, organic vegetables, good wine of the non-alcoholic kind, and a small cluster of cafes and bakeries used by the diplomatic crowd. The Hyperstar supermarket here is the easiest place to find European brands.
The cafes outside spill onto pavement tables in the cooler months and are some of the most pleasant places in the city for a coffee.
