Tricycles are the standard transport for short hops within Dagupan — ₱15-30 for a ride across the centre. Jeepneys cover the longer routes out to Bonuan, Calasiao, and the surrounding towns; the central jeepney terminal is near the City Plaza.
The centre is walkable; the cathedral, the market, City Hall and the plaza are all within five minutes of each other. For Tondaligan Beach and the fishponds, a tricycle is essential — around ₱60-100 one way to the beach.
