The public beach on the Lingayen Gulf at the northern edge of the city, in the Bonuan area. A long strip of dark grey sand, calm shallow water, and a row of palapa shelters that fill with local families on weekends.
This is not a postcard beach — the sand is volcanic and the water is murky from the river outflow — but it is the social heart of Dagupan in the evening, busy with kids, vendors, and karaoke bars. Sunset over the Gulf is the right time to be here.
