Eating Out

Iba is a provincial capital, not a dining destination, but the local food is honest and good. Seafood dominates — the fishermen who work the South China Sea bring their catch to the public market daily. In mango season (April–May), the Dinamulag variety shows up everywhere: at market stalls, resort breakfast spreads, and roadside vendors. Eating well here means following the locals rather than looking for a restaurant strip.
