Iba's sights are modest but genuine. The cathedral and the provincial capitol occupy the town centre, while the old Iba Airfield — scene of one of the opening battles of World War II — gives the place an unexpected layer of history. Beyond the town, the coast and mountains provide the main activities: swimming, beachcombing, and the occasional hike into the Zambales range.
