Smallville Complex is Iloilo's main entertainment district, a strip of bars, restaurants, and clubs in the Mandurriao area that gets busy on Thursday and Friday evenings and is at its peak on weekends. The character is informal and unpretentious — this is provincial Philippine nightlife rather than anything metropolitan, but the energy is genuine and the prices are substantially lower than in Manila.
