Hongseong Sky Tower is a small coastal observatory between Eosa Port and Gungri. From the top you can look over Cheonsuman Bay, the pine-lined shore, and the small island of Moseom just offshore.
It is a simple stop, but a good one if you are already exploring Hongseong's coast. The photo spots and short walk toward Moseom make it more interesting than a roadside lookout.
