Ramboda Falls is one of the most visible waterfalls in Sri Lanka's central highlands, dropping through tea-country slopes on the road between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. It is a classic hill-country stop: mist, green ridges, and water cutting down through the valley.
The falls work well as a break in the journey rather than a full outing from town. Viewpoints and paths can be wet and uneven, so take care after rain. The surrounding tea estates make the setting more memorable than the raw height alone.
