Wufan Tunnel is a sealed mining tunnel from Jiufen's coal and gold-mining period. The tunnel and nearby park give a small but useful look at the transport system that once moved coal through the hillside before the mine workings were closed for safety.
It is a short stop, best paired with Jiufen Old Street, Shuqi Road, and the other mining-era sights around town.
