Kenting Street (大灣路) is the main drag of the resort village and transforms into a night market each evening, running from around 5pm until midnight. Stalls sell grilled corn, fresh-cut fruit, squid on sticks, oyster omelettes, bubble tea, and a rotating cast of Taiwanese street food classics. It is louder and more commercial than the Hengchun Night Market but considerably more convenient for beach visitors who don't want to ride or drive to town.
The street market is the social centre of the resort area — families, couples, and backpackers all converge here in the evenings. It gets very crowded on summer weekends. The seafood stalls at the far end of the market tend to offer better quality than the tourist-facing stalls at the entrance. Prices are reasonable by Taiwanese tourist standards, though slightly higher than what you'd pay in Hengchun.
