Krabi Town is surrounded by some of Thailand's most dramatic limestone karst scenery, and most of the best things to do involve getting out into it. The town itself offers a riverside walk, a busy market scene, and an atmospheric Buddhist temple on the hill. Further afield, a fossilised shell beach and a famous tiger cave temple with 1,237 steps are the headline attractions.
