Hua Hin is known for Thai and seafood, but decades of expat residents and Bangkok weekenders mean the range runs well beyond that — Italian, Japanese, Indian, and German kitchens all have a foothold in town. The Fishing Pier area of central Hua Hin has the highest concentration of seafood restaurants, many built out over the water. Khao Takiab beach, a short ride south, is the other main cluster, with restaurants perched on the hill for sunset views over the bay.
